Angular Set Up in Ubuntu

1. Update

$sudo apt-get update

2. Install Node.js

$ cd ~
$ curl -sL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_10.x -o nodesource_setup.sh
$ sudo bash nodesource_setup.sh
$ sudo apt-get install nodejs -y

3. Install npm

$curl -L https://npmjs.org/install.sh | sudo sh

4. Check to make sure

$npm -v
v10.15.2
$node -v
6.14.4

5. Install Angular CLI

$npm install -g @angular/cli
// in my case, permission denied,
// so I added sudo -> sudo npm install -g @angular/cli

6. Start a sample project

$ ng new my-first-test-app // The Angular CLI makes it easy to create an application that already works, right out of the box.
$ cd my-first-test-app
$ ng serve // Easily test your app locally while developing.

7. If your first project is running, get it running/set up is done.

Now it's your stage. Enjoy!
